My post on social media was taken off my page and someone used as theirs

While I was initially irritated, I later appreciated how someone valued what I said so much they wanted to own it as theirs. But it also reminds me how often we take what's really someone else's and pretend it's ours. We take employees from other companies, members from other churches and think that them joining our team will complete the puzzle. But sometimes the prize you think you won was really the burden you may have removed from someone else.

Be careful to not focus on stealing from others but rather to grow your own.
